Project Instructions
Step 1 Pour Beacon Glitter It® inside block as directed on package and return excess to the bottle. Pour in glitter and shake out excess. Return to container for future use.
Step 2 Stencil pattern using stencil brush and Tartan Red.
Step 3 Use adhesive tape around the two grooves that are around the block to attach ribbon.
Step 4 Tie bow and hot glue to top.
