Place Ruffled Mini Heart Mold on cookie sheet. Melt light cocoa candy according to package directions and fill mold to form a candy shell.
Fill mold to top edge with melted candy. Tap on counter to remove air bubbles. Let chill for 8 to 10 minutes or until a 1/8" or ¼" thick shell has formed.
Pour out excess candy, then return shell to refrigerator to chill completely. Carefully unmold shell.
For lid of box, make candy plaque by positioning third smallest heart from 6-piece cutter set on cookie sheet. Fill with light cocoa melted candy and refrigerate to set for about 20 minutes.
Release from cutter. Place shiny side up and use the smallest cutter from 4-piece cutter set to gently imprint scalloped design on top.
Use red melted candy in a disposable bag fitted with tip 1 to pipe scallop design.
Use white melted candy in a disposable bag fitted with tip 1 to pipe outline around cookie.
Attach Hearts Remembered Icing Decorations to top of box with melted candy.
Fill box with candy-coated chocolates.
