Project Instructions
Step: 1
Using the 1” sponge brush, basecoat the front of the frame with White. Apply several coats, allowing the piece to dry between coats. Sand as needed.
Step: 2
Using the 1” sponge brush, basecoat the back, sides and inner cut-out of the picture area of the frame, and the stand for the frame with Pale Blue. Apply several coats, allowing the pieces to dry between coats. Sand as needed.
Step: 3
Once dry, load the Simply foam stamper with the star stamp. Using your #8 flat brush, apply Pale Blue evenly to the star and stamp the front of the frame with stars As you repeat this step, reapply paint to the stamp for each application and rotate the stamp so all the stars are not the same. Allow to dry.
Step: 4
Load the 1” sponge brush with Sparkle Mod Podge and apply a heavy coat to the frame, the cloud, the moon and the word “Dream.” Allow these pieces to dry.
Step: 5
Glue the clouds, the “Dream” sign and crescent moon to the frame.
Step: 6
Tie tulle in a bow around frame.
