Project Instructions
Position the bird and branch stencil on the greeting card. Using a foam paintbrush and working in a pouncing “up-and-down” fashion, paint the bird Azure Blue and the branches Fresh Foliage. Allow to dry.
Using a detail brush, paint Extreme Glitter (Hologram over Azure Blue and Peridot over Fresh Foliage) over the bird and branch stencil.
Working on wax paper, coat a scrap of fabric with Mod Podge. Once dry, cut the fabric into three different sizes of wavy circle shapes. Hot glue the circles together in the center to create a flower.
Rubber stamp “sweet 16” across the bottom of card.
Hot glue a ribbon across the top of the card and the fabric flower to the top corner. Using hot glue attach rhinestones to the card and center of the fabric flower.
