Project Instructions

Using multi-flower paper from paper pad, trim two pieces 6” by 12”.  Attach together horizontally.

Free hand crown shape onto newly created 6" x 24" paper.  Cut out.

Trim coordinated red print paper from pad into two 6” by 12” pieces and attach together horizontally.

Trace crown shape from multi-flower paper onto red paper and cut out.

Adhere red paper to backside of multi-flower paper to create one 6” x 24” double-sided piece.

Using liquid adhesive run along edges of crown and sprinkle blue glitter to create glitter crown edges.

Punch scalloped circle from same red print paper.

Trim stripe paper 1” x 10”, punch edges with border punch, create alternating ½” folds through the 10” length and adhere the short edges insuring that the scalloped edge is on the outside.

Pinch two sides forcing to lay flat, adhere to center of scalloped red circle and adhere to center front of crown.

Attach ribbons to back edges of crown and use to tie around birthday girl’s head.

Add clear rhinestones to top of each star and around edges of red scallop circle.

Complete by attaching “sweet 16” embellishments.
