Sweet Sixteen Party Frame

Paint the frame with Azure Blue. Repeat until satisfied with coverage. Once dry, top coat with two coats of Hologram Extreme Glitter.

Hot glue a strip of ribbon around the outer edge of the frame.

Paint the letters Pink. Lightly sand the letters to give them an aged appearance.

Use gem glue to attach rhinestones on top of the numbers. Once dry, hot glue the numbers to the frame corner.

Use smaller wooden numbers and letters to personalize the frame with the honoree's name.
