Wash shirt without softener to remove sizing. Dry in dryer then iron smooth.
Insert scratch paper inside shirt where lips will be. Fold shirt in half, pressing along fold for stiff crease then open shirt.
Cut out lip design from pattern sheet. Line up edge along fold on shirt then use chalk to lightly trace around pattern. Remove pattern.
Start flow of Deep Red 3D Fashion Paint on paper towel using an even pressure on bottle for a smooth line. Starting at upper lip next to fold, squeeze a continuous line of paint within pattern lines, applying paint in an up-and-down motion, following the contour of lips. To create inkblot effect, immediately fold shirt over to other side along fold line, lining up sides of shirt. Use fingertips to press over paint, making sure to work right up and over fold. Open shirt to reveal design.
Immediately sprinkle Red Glitter over wet paint. Carefully pounce off excess glitter onto scratch paper. This glitter can be poured back into bottle and reused.
Carefully pull out paper from inside shirt then carefully insert Fashion Form. Let dry.
Peel blue paper backing from stencil, making sure to remove all inner pieces. Position on shirt where shown then press to secure. Run a fingernail along inside cut edges to prevent seepage. Squeeze a puddle of Glitter Bond onto foil. Dip flat end of wedge sponge into glue then pounce into heart design. Immediately pour Pink Glitter over adhesive then use fingers to lightly press glitter into glue to set. Pounce excess off onto scratch paper. Repeat step, adding Silver Glitter to wings. Let thoroughly dry then use stiff brush to brush off any excess glitter.
Squeeze three small dots of Jewel-It Glue on lips and above heart where shown. Touch tip of crayon to top of clear acrylic gem then press into dot of glue on lips – the wax from crayon will hold gem just long enough to transfer gem in place. Add gems into remaining dots of glue on lips, then repeat using red gems above heart. Let dry.
Start Diamond Glitter Spray Paint on paper towels to get a feel for spray pump then spray over entire shirt. Let dry. Wait 72 hours to wash. Machine wash warm on gentle cycle. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Remove promptly and line dry. To iron, turn garment inside out, being careful not to touch design with iron. Do not dry clean.
Halter Top: Lay shirt flat on surface then cut off sleeves just inside seam.
Cut from bottom of armhole up to neckline ribbing about 2” from shoulder seam, being sure not to cut through ribbing. Repeat with other side.
To create halter look, cut out fabric just under neckline ribbing, removing shoulder sections as shown.
Cut one hem strip in half then loop around side seams and tie a bow, slightly gathering fabric. Repeat with other side.
