Rosettes

Cut circles out of scrap felt in various sizes, one per rosette.

Cut strips that are 1" wide and approximately 36" in length from the T-shirts for each rosette.

To create rosettes, tie a knot in the end of one of the strips. Glue it to the center of one of the felt circles. Allow a few minutes to dry.

Begin to twist T-shirt strip around the knot glued to the felt circle. Glue periodically until the felt is covered. Fold the rest of the T-shirt strip to the back and secure with glue. Trim excess.

Dab a small amount of glue to the center of the rosette and attach pearl beads. Set aside and allow to dry.

Repeat Steps 3-5 until all desired rosettes are complete.

Necklace

Using the corner of the felt sheet, lay out rosettes in desired pattern. Glue to felt.

Trim felt to hide behind rosettes.

Cut two 24" pieces of ribbon and glue to each side of the rosette piece.

Tie a bow to one side of the rosettes in a second color as shown.

Barrette

Glue rosette to barrette. Let dry
