Paper Printing 101
If printing on a garment, be sure to pre-wash to remove sizing. Do not use fabric softener.
Always put a t-shirt board inside a shirt to keep paint from seeping through.
When drawing or tracing images, remember that lines too close together will connect when pressed, causing smudging to occur.
When printing with multi-colors, be sure to outline with all of the colors at the same time and then print.
Remember when writing words to be printed to reverse and use a mirror image or the printing will be backwards.
Practice on another piece of paper or scrap fabric before attempting the final piece. The paint is permanent so it won’t wash out.
Printing can be done on most any surface such as garments, paper, wood, notebooks anything flat.
Recreate a child’s favorite drawing on a t-shirt for the perfect gift for dad or grandma.
Draw or trace pattern on white paper.
Refer to directions above for Paper Printing 101 and squeeze Dimensional paint directly from the bottle to outline the design. The lighter your paint line the smaller the image will transfer. Turn paper over and lay design on notebook where desired. Rub hand over the design to transfer the paint to the notebook. Carefully lift the paper revealing the design. Discard paper. Let design dry.
Cut photo to fit inside TV screen as shown and use double stick tape to adhere in place.
Add stickers or embellish with your own words to make the notebook one of a kind.
Add rhinestones by setting in small puddles of paint. Let dry.
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
