Step 3 While gesso is still wet, sprinkle a generous amount of white iridescent glitter over entire body.

Step 4 Embellish body with pom poms, buttons etc.

Step 5 To make eyes use large black head pins.

Step 6 To make carrot nose: cut a small piece of orange felt, fold around and glue in place to create a small cone shape.

Step 7 Hot glue carrot nose onto head of snowman.

Step 8 To create tall hat, cut red glittered felt, curl into a cone shape and hot glue in place.

Step 9 For cuff of hat, cut a piece of white felt, fold around hat and glue in place.

Step 10 Embellish hat to your liking using pom poms, beads, etc.

Step 11 For earmuffs, slice one small Styrofoam® ball in half, paint to desired color and connect with a coordinating pipe cleaner.

Step 12 For scarf, cut a 5" length of felt and place around neck of snowman. Hot glue in place.

Step 13 To create flying scarf tails. Cut four 6" lengths of pink felt. Take two of the felt pieces and sandwich one chenille stem of same length between them and glue in place. Repeat for second tail. When applying the flying tails. Bend to mimic wind blowing the scarf.

Step 14 Paint and embellish wooden candlestick.

Step 15 Attach finished snowman on top of candlestick with hot glue.

Step 16 Hot glue finished earmuffs onto snowman head to complete project.
