Project Instructions
Punch a small hole with the metal hole punch, in the center of a Bead Landing™ Found Objects™ gear.
Place a metal flower onto a head pin and feed the head pin through the hole in the gear.
Bend the pin to form a right angle. Cut the pin ¼" beyond the beads. Use the round end of your pliers to grasp the end of the pin and curve the pin by using a rolling motion to fold it over a single round prong.
Before closing the loop, place three short lengths of chain onto the loop.
Adorn the three lengths of chain with your choice of Bead Landing™ Found Objects™ charms and beaded head pins.
Punch a small hole on one side of the gear with the flower attached. Feed a jump ring through the hole.
From this point on, make a 6" length of beaded eye pins, Bead Landing™ Found Objects™ charms, keyhole charms and safety pins.
Punch a small hole into the center of another Bead Landing™ Found Objects™ gear.
Place a clockface, and clock hands onto an eye pin and feed the eye pin through the hole in the gear.
Bend the eye pin to a right angle and trim to ¼". Roll the end with round nose pliers to form a loop.
Punch another small hole in the right side of the gear.
Feed a jump ring through the hole.
Wire the two decorated gears together with some wire.
Make another chain of Bead Landing™ Found Objects™ charms, keyhole charms and safety pins. Attach to the remaining jump ring.
Attach two 3" lengths of Bead Landing™ chain to the ends of each section that was made with the charms, Found Objects™ and safety pins.
Attach a jump ring to one chain length and a lobster claw to the other chain length.
