Project Instructions

Step: 1
Instructions WITHOUT Cricut Expression Machine
Use computer to create design. Print on blank transparencies.
Step: 2
Follow instructions in Yudu manual to burn all designs on prepared screens.
Step: 3
Use chocolate ink to pull TATE REUNION onto the T-shirts as shown. On red T-shirt, use tan ink to pull the saddle. On beige T-shirt, use red ink to pull the saddle as shown. Wash screens and let dry.
Step: 4
Instructions WITH Cricut Expression Machine
Cut TATE REUNION: Using black cardstock, cut 2-inch letters to spell TATE REUNION.
Step: 5
Cut saddle: Using black cardstock, select Flourish feature and cut one 4-inch <HppyTrls>.
Step: 6
Follow Yudu instructions to burn all cuts onto prepared screens.
Step: 7
Use chocolate ink to pull TATE REUNION onto the T-shirts as shown. On red T-shirt, use tan ink to pull the saddle. On beige T-shirt, use red ink to pull the saddle as shown.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
Don’t iron your shirt on the platen. The iron can warp the plastic when it heats it up. It also makes the shirt nearly impossible to pull off.
In a sans serif font like Helvetica, do not use text smaller than 9 point font size.
If you mess up when pulling the image, you can save the T-shirt for another try by putting it into the washer immediately. Use cold water and a small amount of detergent.
