Material List
- Cardstock, Patterned - Striped and Pattern of Choice
- Cardstock - Brown and Red Pin Back
- Fiskars® Paper Trimmer
- Fiskars® Border Punch - Apron Lace
- Fiskars® Squeeze Punch - X-LG Circle, Circle, Large Heart and Corner Rounder
- Eyelet Setter
Project Instructions
Cut strip of striped cardstock approximately half the diameter of desired rosette.
Use Fiskars® Apron Lace border punch down one side of striped cardstock.
Using scoring blade in Fiskars® trimmer to score between scallops along strip and accordion fold.
Use Fiskars® X-Large Circle Squeeze Punch to create a circle. Adhere ends of accordion strip together in a continuous circle and press down at center, using hot glue to secure onto circle.
Cut a heart from red cardstock using Fiskars® Large Heart Squeeze punch. Trim off bottom of heart to resemble an apple. Adhere to circle.
Punch a small green circle using Fiskars® Circle Squeeze punch and feed back through punch partially to create leaf shape. Adhere to circle / heart.
Hand-cut simple stem from brown cardstock and assemble apple at center.
Cut two strips of patterned paper using Fiskars® trimmer and adhere to back to form ribbons.
Adhere pin back to back of award ribbon.
Fold white cardstock in half to create card base. Round edges with Fiskars® Corner Rounder Squeeze Punch.
Mark the two closures of pin back onto card front with pencil and punch out with large eyelet setter on self-healing mat or other protective surface.
Open pin back and insert into created holes and close to secure.
