Emboss orange panel by putting it inside embossing folder and running it through the Cuttlebug® Embossing Machine.

Adhere embossed panel to the right side of the card.

Cut a 5¼"x4" panel of white cardstock.

Spray panel randomly with Spun Sugar Smooch® spray and allow to dry.

When dry, stamp flourish image in clear embossing ink on the front of the distressed panel.

Cover the flourish image with Pesto Pearl embossing powder and shake the excess into the jar.

Heat the image with heat tool until the embossing powder sets.

Stamp the lone bird image in clear embossing ink on the front of the distressed panel so it looks as if he is sitting on the end of the flourish.

Cover the leaves part of the image in Citron embossing powder and shake the excess into the jar.

Cover the bird part of the image with Glacier embossing powder and shake the excess into the jar.

Heat the image with the heat tool until the embossing powder sets.

Using clear embossing ink, stamp "thank you" on the top of the panel.

Using clear embossing ink, stamp "my friend" on the bottom of the panel.

Cover the stamped sentiments with Carnelian embossing powder and shake the excess into the jar.

Heat the image with heat tool until the embossing powder sets.

Randomly sprinkle Glacier, Carnelian, and Silver embossing powder on the stamped panel.

Heat the panel from the underside to melt the sprinkled powder.

Scrape scissors along the edges of the panel to distress it.

Sponge Antique Linen ink around the edges and on the front of the panel as needed to distress the panel further.

Adhere panel to the card front.

Apply chalk to bird.

Tie silver ribbon around the left side of the card.
