Stretch t-shirt over the corkboard so that the entire front of the board is covered. Trim excess material from the back and staple it onto the back of the cork board.
Paint frame with two coats of paint, allowing paint to dry between coats.
Add dots around frame with white paint as shown. Allow to dry.
Adhere ribbon onto the frame using 1/4" tacky tape. Trim the ends of the ribbons flush.
Insert covered cork board into the frame and secure.
Glue the Brilliant Blooms felt buttons to the corners of the frame as shown. To add rhinestones to the center of the flowers, use a very small dot of hot glue or tacky glue to ensure that the rhinestones stay in place.
Paint the push pin hangers. When dry, push them into the cork Board using the Harmony felt buttons as backings, if desired.
Measure each side equally from the bottom to where you would like the earring hangers to be. Start a hole in the wood of the frame with a push pin and then screw one screw eye into each hole. Cut chain to fit the width of the board and using a jump ring on each end, attach it to the screw eyes.
