Fold a piece of 8½"x11" teal cardstock in half. This is the card base. Set aside.
Cut white cardstock to 4" widths. The lengths will vary, depending on how you want to fit your layers.
Stamp with peace garland, varying the lengths as you go along the paper. Use a black pigment ink pad, then emboss with clear embossing powder and a heat tool.
Stamp another piece of cardstock with “Celebrate the Season” and stars. Emboss as above.
Stamp a third piece with “PEACE” word stamp, and emboss.
Then take the Indigo and Fuchsia ink pads, and apply ink to the peace ornaments and PEACE word cardstock. Rub inks on using a foam applicator. Use a different one for each pad to keep from contaminating the ink pads. Blend the colors until you’re happy with the effect. Remember to leave some areas light for contrast.
Then take the “Celebrate the Season” cardstock, and ink with Lime Green and Teal, using the same process as above.
Two pieces of 4"x1" purple cardstock. Use a border punch on one, and attach to the bottom of the PEACE cardstock.
Attach a ribbon to the other purple piece using double-stick tape. Then add buttons in coordinating colors, using a white glue.
Use brush markers to add color to each stamped piece.
Place each piece on the card base. Decide the placement you like, then trim each piece to fit, leaving ¼" or so between the panels. Adhere with tape runner or glue stick.
Use dye ink pads with foam applicators to create blended ink effects.
Piece small papers together for a color blocked look.
