Tie Dye Picnic Blanket
A quick and easy method to upcycle a bedsheet is to use it as a colorful picnic blanket or beach blanket.

Material List
- Bedsheet, Queen or King – Light Color of Choice
- Simply Spray® Soft Fabric Paint – Brite Orange, Brite Pink and Brite Yellow
Project Instructions
Lay a solid color flat bedsheet on ground. Pinch the center and twist your wrist clockwise.
Gather sheet in a big circle as you twist.
To minimize splatter, in one motion start the spray off the edge of the sheet then move the spray onto the sheet. Cover entire circle with first color.
Let paint dry for approximately 30 minutes.
Spread sheet out and repeat steps above using a different color.
After drying, continue to repeat the steps until you have the desired look.
Experiment with gathering the sheet in any pattern or direction you want.
