Project Instructions

Step: 1

Do your paint work on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet™. Place frame on sheet. Shake Distress Crackle Paint, unscrew brush cap and paint a medium coat of paint onto wood frame. Be sure the layer of paint is thick enough to allow it to crackle. Let dry.

Step: 2

Remove backing from sheet of Sticky Back Canvas and fold in half (sticky side to sticky side).

Step: 3

Place canvas on Sizzix® flower layers #3 die and die cut with Sizzix® Big Kick (follow manufacturer’s directions for die cutting). You should be able to die cut this sheet twice to get two of each flower. Paint both sides of each flower with paint dabbers. Let dry.

Step: 4

Snip between petals of canvas flowers with the nonstick scissors about ¼-inch to create longer petals.

Step: 5

Rub Frayed Burlap Distress Ink™ pad directly onto petals to create a distressed look and add shadow.

Step: 6

Remove Flourishes from Grungeboard™ Elements Pack. Ink with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink™ by rubbing pad directly onto shapes.

Step: 7

Once frame is crackled, antique with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink™ by lightly swiping pad across various areas of frame.

Step: 8

Using Glossy Accents™, adhere canvas flowers to frame. Layer flowers by stacking them. Create leaf by folding flower in half. Let dry.

Step: 9

Adhere buttons to centers of flowers with Glossy Accents™. Let dry.

Step: 10

Adhere Grungeboard™ pieces with Glossy Accents™. Let dry.
