Project Instructions
Apply slow-drying ink to image and stamp on 2¼"x4" panel of white cardstock.
Sprinkle powder liberally over wet image.
Tap excess powder off onto a paper plate folded to act as a funnel for returning excess powder to jar.
Use a small brush to remove stray powder from image area.
Heat powder with embossing heat tool until it melts to form a shiny, raised image. Do not overheat.
Adhere white cardstock panel to 4¼"x2½" panel of Typhoon cardstock then layer on 4½"x2¾" panel of Stormy cardstock.
Tie 17" of silver ribbon around the front of a folded 5½"x8½" panel of cardstock.
Adhere layered, embossed panels to card front with dimensional foam adhesive.
Tips
Tips for Heat Tool
Hold heat tool approximately 4" to 6" from project when heating.
Pre-warming heat tool can help embossing projects proceed more quickly.
If paper curls while heating, heat from the back side for a few seconds.
Overheating can cause powder to “evaporate”, heat just until completely melted.
The heat tool is very hot and can easily burn you. Use caution, especially when embossing with children.
