- Cupcake Wrappers, Standard
- Fine Detail Scissors
- Adhesive Tape Roller
- Craft Paper
- Toothpicks
Project Instructions
Nest three cupcake wrappers and invert for pedestal. Nest three more wrappers, and adhere bottom layer to top of pedestal.
Fill with jellybeans or other small treats.
Print names or messages on paper. Cut out and adhere to toothpicks to create flags.
