Project Instructions
Dip paintbrush in water. Apply wet brush to paint surface.
Shade Pale Blue, Green and Gold around eyes as shown for background.
Add dots of skin adhesive where crystals are desired, then use tweezers to place crystals into adhesive.
Add details in White as shown in large photo at top of page.
Remove with soap and water.
