Project Instructions
Dip paintbrush in water.
Apply wet brush to paint surface.
Paint shaded colors around eyes
Re-load brush with outline color and paint wing details
Add dots of skin adhesive where crystals are desired, then use tweezers to place crystals into adhesive.
Remove with soap and water.
