Project Instructions
Before applying glitter tattoo, clean area of skin where tattoo will be applied. Do not apply lotion.
Apply adhesive to stencil, peel backing and stick on skin and apply adhesive to stencil openings.
Remove stencil and immediately apply glitter to glue areas using applicator brush. Let dry.
Add dots of skin adhesive where crystals are desired, then use tweezers to place crystals into adhesive.
Remove with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball.
