- Cotton Ball
Project Instructions
Unfold spray shield that’s attached to stencil. Peel stencil backing and press stencil on skin.
Spray tattoo ink in stencil; let dry.
Remove stencil.
Spray tattoo can be removed with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball.
