Project Instructions

Step: 1

Use floral pins and low-temp glue to glue together two foam blocks, forming a 4-inch x 4-inch x 8-inch base. Repeat with two remaining blocks of STYROFOAM brand foam.

Step: 2

Cut from scrapbook paper four 4-inch x 4-inch x 9-inch strips and four 4-inch x 4-inch squares. Use craft glue to adhere paper to front and back of foam block; fold ends of each paper strip around corners and adhere ends to sides. Glue 4-inch x 4-inch square on each side.

Step: 3

Use floral shears to trim the tulip stems to approximately 8-inches to 9-inches and insert them into the top of the base. Trim leaves and add between tulips to fill in. Use hot glue to secure the tulips.

Step: 4

Fill in top of planter with reindeer moss.
