- Creatology™ Stiff Felt – Black
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Tulle – Pink
- Creatology™ Feathers – Pink
- Wire Cutter
Project Instructions
Cut a 4" circle out of the stiff black felt.
Using the wire cutters, cut the flowers from the stem. Attach a cluster of flowers using hot glue to the piece of felt. Arrange them so that the cluster fills the whole piece of felt.
Make loops of tulle in varying lengths and glue them between the flowers.
Hot glue felt to the side of the headband. To secure, attach a smaller piece of felt on the bottom side.
