- 3/8” Ribbon
- Glue
- Glue Gun
- Scissors
- Paper Trimmer
Project Instructions
Measure decorative paper with bubble wand to determine how wide paper embellishment should be.
Cut paper with trimmer.
Wrap paper around bubble wand and secure with glue.
Cut off excess.
Thread ribbon through top of bubble wand.
Tie into a bow.
Cut tails to preferred length.
