Project Instructions

Attach a heavy duty spring ring to the loop on each side of a large ring toggle. Cut eight 24” lengths of tiger tail and set aside. When threading each strand, make sure they all end up the same approximate length.

Attach each strand in the same manner: fold a length of tiger tail, 1 ½” from the end, and place 2 crimp beads on the longer end of the tiger tail, thread the wire through the spring ring and thread the short end through the jump rings. Tighten the crimp beads against the spring ring and flatten the crimp beads. Be certain to thread the short end of the wire through the first several beads to add stability. End all strands as follows: place 2 crimp beads after the final bead, thread the wire through the spring ring on the opposite side of the toggle, reverse the wire and thread back through the 2 crimp beads and 6 or 7 beads on the strand; tighten the beads along the strand so that they sit together securely without being too tight and then flatten all crimps. Clip excess wire close to beads.
