Project Instructions
Step: 1
Tint cookie dough rose. Roll out and cut 2 cookies for each cookie “sandwich” desired.
Step: 2
For double-heart design cookie: Pipe red and pink sparkle gel into heart impressions.
Step: 3
Use tip 104 and white royal icing to pipe ruffle on inside edge of bottom cookie, extending over the edge.
Step: 4
Fill center of bottom cookie with additional icing and position decorated cookie on top.
Step: 5
For “LOVE” design cookie: Use tip 3 and red royal icing to pipe in message.
Step: 6
Use tip 2 and white royal icing to fill in cookie border design; immediately press nonpareils on white icing.
Step: 7
Use tip 104 and white royal icing to pipe ruffle on inside edge of bottom cookie, extending over the edge.
Step: 8
Fill center of bottom cookie with additional icing and position decorated cookie on top.
Step: 9
For “Be Mine” design cookie: Use tip 3 and red royal icing to pipe in message.
Step: 10
Pipe red sparkle gel on edge scallop impression.
Step: 11
Use tip 104 and white royal icing to pipe ruffle on inside edge of bottom cookie, extending over the edge.

Fill center of bottom cookie with additional icing and position decorated cookie on top.
