Project Instructions
Cut cardstock to the size of flag pattern.
Cut a 1"x ¾" piece of blue foam, remove backing and place in top left hand corner of flag.
Cut red and white chenille stems to alternate for the flag's stripes.
Use white marker to make dots for stars.
Add pin back and label country.
