Step: 1

Protect work surface with plastic tablecloth. Cover with a layer of paper towels.

Step: 2

Prewash and dry T-shirt and socks/leggings; do not use fabric softener.

Step: 3

Lay dry T-shirt on prepared surface then insert Fashion Form between layers of shirt. Place socks/leggings and scrunchie on prepared surface as well.

Step: 4

Pour Cosmopolitan Cannon Fabric Paint into Paint Cannon. Pump cannon and spray Cosmopolitan in a star shape, zigzags and other graffiti designs randomly all over shirt, using the photo as a guide.

Step: 5

Spray random designs on socks and scrunchie as well. Let dry. Pour remaining paint back into bottle and thoroughly clean Paint Cannon.

Step: 6

Place stencils randomly on shirt around other designs as shown. Tape stencils down with masking tape and lay paper towels around edges of stencils to prevent overspray.

Step: 7

Pour Blackout Cannon Fabric Paint into Paint Cannon. Pump Paint Cannon and spray Blackout over the “LOVE,” Crown, Wing, and “PEACE” stencils. Tip: Place paper towels over Bleeding Heart and Peace Symbol stencils to avoid spraying Blackout into them.

Step: 8

Blot stencils with paper towels then remove and wash with soap and water for future use.

Step: 9

Spray spots on socks and scrunchie with Blackout. Pour remaining paint back into bottle and thoroughly clean Paint Cannon.

Step: 10

Pour Rush Hour Cannon Fabric Paint into Paint Cannon. Pump Cannon and spray Rush Hour into Bleeding Heart and Peace Symbol stencils. Blot stencils with paper towels then remove and wash with soap and water for future use.

Step: 11

Spray Rush Hour randomly onto socks and scrunchie as shown. Pour remaining paint back into bottle and thoroughly clean Paint Cannon.

Step: 12

Draw graffiti accents on shirt, socks and scrunchie with Skyline Fabric Marker.

Step: 13

Let dry 4 hours. Fabric can be washed (turn inside out) after 72 hours.

Step: 14

Pair with a pink tutu or funky skirt for a fun urban mix!
