Material List
- Heart Frame
- Craft Smart® Acrylic Paint - White, Neon Pink and Gloss Black
- Paintbrush
- Sharpie® Marker or Paint Pen
Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint frame white.
Step 2 While wet, paint over white with neon pink. Leave streak marks that mix the colors. Let dry.
Step 3 Use a fingertip to dip in black and make “finger dots” around the outside of frame and heart cutout. Let dry.
Step 4 Write your favorite word or name on frame. Let dry.
