Valentine's Day Treat Pops

- Celebrate It! Valentine’s Ribbon
- Felt glittered hearts or other decorations
- Wilton Heart Sprinkles
- Wilton Pink Food Gel
- Recipe for White Chocolate Mousse (included)
WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1 (3-ounce) instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup sour cream
½ cup confectioner’s sugar (add more to thicken mousse)
2 drops food gel in pink
Combine ingredients and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add additional confectioner’s sugar to thicken mousse, if needed. Add in pink food gel and beat until thoroughly mixed. Chill until ready to fill containers.
DECORATE TREAT POPS
Use Valentine’s ribbon (I love the Celebrate It! Line at Michael’s) to wrap around your treat pops. Adhere with hot glue or doublesided tape. I added a glittered felt heart in the center. You can also use stickers, decorative tape, pom-poms, or other craft supplies to decorate your containers!
Fill a piping bag (I used a Wilton tip) with chilled white chocolate mousse. Pipe into treat pop containers. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and colorful sprinkles! Serve and enjoy!
