- Creatology™ Foam Stickers – Hearts
- Paper Trimmer (or Scissors)
- Ruler
Project Instructions
Step 1
Cut a strip of scrapbook paper to fit around bottled water.
Step 2
Wrap strip around bottled water and secure with tape runner. Make sure the seam of the paper is in the back.
Step 3
Add foam stickers.
