- Wood Frame
- Acrylic Paint – White
- Scrapbook Paper – Style and Color of Choice
- Liquitex® Gel Medium
- Silk Flowers
- Rhinestones
- Ribbon – Coordinating Color of Choice
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Paper Trimmer
- Foam Brush
- Spray Bottle
- Water
Project Instructions
Paint wood frame white. Let dry.
Trim the scrapbook paper down to a ¼" smaller than the wood frame.
Coat the wood frame with Liquitex® Gel Medium.
Lightly spray then scrapbook paper with water to prevent "bubbling." Attach to the wood frame slowly, smoothing “bubbles” with fingers. Apply a top coat of Liquitex® Gel Medium. Let dry.
Hot glue the ribbon to the frame.
Pull apart flowers and loosely put them back together. Embellish with rhinestones.
