Place the following beads onto one eye pin: 1 spacer bead, 1 lampwork bead, 1spacer bead, 1 pearl and 1 spacer bead.
Grasp the pin with your round nosed pliers. The position on the prong (thin or thick) will determine the length of the wrap. Bend the pin back to a 90° angle. Rotate the pliers to position one prong on top. Pull the pin forward around the top prong. Reposition and then form the pin into a loop. Using pliers or your fingers, carefully wrap the wire around and down the stem. Continue as far down as desired. Trim extra wire. Using needle nose pliers, smooth in the tail of the wire.
Cut short lengths of small link chain, in 1", 1½" and 2" lengths.
Open the loop on the bottom of the earring finding. Place the three cascading lengths of chain onto the loop and close the loop with pliers.
Place the following beads onto a headpin: 1 seed bead, 1 spacer bead and 1 pearl.
Bend the pin to form a right angle. Cut the pin approximately ¼" beyond the bead. Use the round end of your pliers to grasp the end of the pin and curve the pin by using a rolling motion to fold it over a single round prong. Before closing the loops, place one beaded head pin onto the last link of each chain length. Close the loop with pliers.
Repeat Step 7 two more times with the remaining beads.
Open the bottom loop of the earring finding. Place the beads and chain composition onto the wire and close with pliers.
Repeat Steps 1-8 for the other earring.
