Material List
- Creatology™ Construction Paper – Red, White, Black and Blue
- Elmer’s® Paint Pen – White
- Recollections™ Tape Runner
- Scissors
- Pen
Project Instructions
Cut a white sheet of construction paper to 4"x6" to create base of flag card.
Cut 11 red strips to ¼"x6" and glue across card.
Cut a blue rectangle to 2"x2½". Paint white dots on blue rectangle and let dry. Attach to upper left corner of card.
Cut out a 3"x4" piece of black construction paper and 2¾"x3¾" piece of white construction paper. Layer the white over the black and attach to the center of card.
