Material List
- Celebrate It® 360 Ribbon - Purple Label
- Creatology™ Foam Sheet, 9"x12" – Silver Glitter and Gold Glitter
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Measure and cut ribbon to about 36" in length.
Cut a circle from the glitter foam sheet that measures 3¾" in diameter.
Make ribbon into loop that hangs around the neck and secure ends with hot glue.
Glue ribbon ends to the back of the glitter foam circle and let dry.
