Wacky Walls

Cast a spell over your household with some eye-catching wall art! It can be as easy as covering sheets of STYROFOAM* with Halloween-themed dishtowels – just pin and glue the fabric to the back.

Material List

  • STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam Sheet: 12-inch x 18-inch x 1-inch (1-per panel)
  • Halloween Themed Hand Towels or Fabric
  • Coordinating Colors Ribbon
  • Embellishments: Halloween stickers, greeting cards or images
  • 1-inch Straight Pins
 

Project Instructions

If using hand towels, simply center the towels to the front of the sheet of STYROFOAM* and wrap edges around to the back.

Pin in place. Add some dimension by folding the excess towel at the top to create a hem.

Embellish with a piece of ribbon underneath as shown.

If using printed fabrics, cut a piece of fabric at least 14-inch x 20-inch. This will allow for enough to wrap around the edges and pin at the back.

Embellish the panels with Halloween stickers, images or ribbons. Pin greeting cards or past Halloween costume photos for display.
