Step 1 Cut a two-yard length of WildFire™ and thread it onto a needle.
Step 2 Pass through enough beads to encircle the leather strap, leaving a 2" tail.
Step 3 Pull the ends in a snug circle and tie them in a square knot.
Step 4 Pass the needle through the first bead next to the knot.
Step 5 Add a bead and pass the needle through the third bead.
Step 6 Continue to add a bead/skip a bead until you reach the end of the circle, then continue the pattern to start a new row.
Step 7 Work the tubular peyote stitch pattern for 1¼" or as long as desired. If you need to add thread at any time, just work the new thread through the last row and continue adding beads.
Step 8 To finish the peyote stitch, use the needle to weave the thread tails back through the beadwork.
Step 9 Cut a 6" length of wire and use round nose pliers to make a spiral on one end.
Step 10 Pass the wire between the peyote stitch tube and the leather bracelet, then coil the other end.

Making Netted Beads
Step 1 Cut an 18" length of WildFire™ and thread it onto a needle. Pass the needle through 10 seeds and tie a knot to make a beaded circle, leaving a 1" tail.
Step 2 Hold the beaded circle over one end of a 14mm ceramic bead and pass the needle through enough seeds to reach the other end (the sample uses 13).
Step 3 Holding the beaded thread in your fingers to mark your place, pass through 10 seeds. Pass the needle through the first seed to make a circle.
Step 4 Make another pass across the surface of the bead, adding 13 seeds. Continue "netting" the bead by skipping a bead on each end of the circle and adding passes across the surface of the bead.
