Project Instructions
Wrap foam sheet around a water bottle to form a tube and cut, making sure there is about a ½" overlap.
Punch holes on edges and lace with yarn.
Cut a circle for the bottom of the holder. Use tape to stick the tube to the circle.
Add a boa or strips of sticky foam to the holder to create a fun hat.
Print, trace and cut shamrock pattern (download below). Attach as desired.
