Material List
- Tissue Paper Package - School Colors of Choice
- Duck Tape® Roll - School Color
- Rubber Band, Heavy Duty (Optional)
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Unfold each color of tissue paper packages. Layer five sheets of each color on top of each other until all tissue is layered. (Image example was layered five blue, five white, five blue, five white, etc.)
Cut tissue paper in 1" strips, length-wise, stopping approximately 6" from the bottom. This 6" part of the pom pom will be the handle.
After the strips are cut, roll the paper into a tube shape.
Wrap Duck Tape® around the handle several times for a secure hold.
Use your hands to fluff the pom pom by separating the strips.
Repeat Steps 1-5 for second pom pom.
