One day ahead, using royal icing pipe 9 tip 101s ribbon roses.
Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry.
Cut, bake and cool wedding cake cookies.
Using full strength color flow icing, outline cookie using tip 2.
Thin a portion of color flow icing and flow in cookie.
Let dry for 2-3 hours before further decorating.
Using full strength color flow and tip 2, pipe bead border on each tier.
Attach ribbon roses with dots of icing.
Pipe tip 349 leaves.
