- Creatology™ Pom Poms
- Styrofoam® Cones
- Decorative Pins
- Scrapbook Paper
- Wooden Dowel Rod
- Tape Runner
- Scissors (or Paper Trimmer)
Project Instructions
Step 1 Attach pom poms to Styrofoam® cone with decorative pins.
Step 2 Cut scrapbook paper of choice into triangle flags. Repeat to create two shapes.
Step 3 Attach backs of paper flags together using a tape runner; sandwich wood dowels between papers.
Step 4 Insert wood dowel into completed pom pom cone.
