- Cupcake Liner
- Scrapbook Paper – Color/Design of Choice
- Toothpicks
- Marker
- Paper Punch, 1"
- Glue Dots®
Project Instructions
Step 1 Bake or add cupcakes to cupcake liners.
Step 2 Using a 1" paper punch, cut out circle from scrapbook paper of choice.
Step 3 Write name of dessert on circle.
Step 4 Attach circle to toothpick using Glue Dots® adhesive.
