- Bristol Board – White
- Scrapbook Paper – Design/Color of Choice
- Sharpie® Marker, Extra Fine – Black
- Ruler
- Ribbon
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Washable Ink Pads – Assorted Colors of Choice
- Baby Wipes (Optional)
- Tape Runner
- X-ACTO® Knife
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step 1 Design custom frame.
Step 2 Cut white Bristol board to fit inside frame.
Step 3 Create date plate on computer, then print and trim.
Step 4 Attach with tape runner.
Step 5 Draws lines with a ruler and black extra fine Sharpie® to create balloon strings.
Step 6 Attach piece of ribbon to end of ink lines using hot glue.
Step 7 Supply guests with multiple colors of washable ink pads so they can make a thumbprint balloon.
