Project Instructions
Step 1 Construct All Occasion Arch following instructions with product.
Step 2 Create pom poms and lanterns following instructions on packages.
Step 3 Attach to arch using floral wire. Alternate colors and sizes.
Step 4 Cut floor length strips of assorted ribbons.
