Project Instructions
Select the color and size of rhinestones.
Measure the height of the bud vase.
Place the rhinestones at the top of the vase and roll downward until the rhinestones reach the bottom.
Cut the rhinestone adhesive where needed.
Repeat until all bud vases are complete.
