Project Instructions
Step: 1
Trace patterns on papers and cardstock referring to photo. Cut out using personal paper cutter and scissors.
Step: 2
Place leopard tag on plastic grocery bag, right side down. Spray back of tag with Tacky Spray. Immediately center on top of turquoise tag, glue side down.
Step: 3
Spray back of red heart and press on front of leopard tag.
Step: 4
Cut edges of black square with scalloped scissors.
Step: 5
Spray back of turquoise square and press on scalloped black square.
Step: 6
Spray back of scalloped square and press on tag in center of heart at an angle.
Step: 7
Spell out “BE MINE” in middle of turquoise square, using stickers.
Step: 8
Punch a hole at top center of tag. Pull an 8” piece of red ribbon through hole and tie in a knot.
Step: 9
Apply Paper Glaze to fill-in heart and while still wet, sprinkle on micro beads. Let dry. Tap off excess beads.
