Cut, bake and cool cookie assortment.
Tint color flow icing red, green and brown.
Use full-strength green icing with tip 2 to outline tree; let set.
Use thinned-down green icing with tip 2 to fill in tree; let set.
Use tip 1 and full-strength red icing to decorate garlands on tree.
Use tip 1 and full-strength white icing to decorate dot ornaments on tree; let set.
Use tip 2 and full-strength brown icing to outline gingerbread boy; let set.
Use tip 2 and thinned-down brown icing to fill in gingerbread boy; let set.
Use tip 1 and full-strength white icing to pipe dot eyes, nose, buttons and zigzags designs on wrists and ankles.
Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing to outline and fill in bow tie and add dot for tie know.
Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing to outline candy cane cookie; let set.
Use tip 2 and thinned-down white icing to fill in candy cane; let set.
Use tip 2 and full-strength red icing to decorate lines on candy cane.
Attach lollipop sticks to backs of three sample cookies with melted candy; let set.
